Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning by contributing to policies, processes, and implementation of organisational strategies
- Develop plans, reports, and insights to support strategy execution and decision-making
- Provide specialist advice aligned with organisational needs and collaborate with subject matter experts
- Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve issues, and implement communication plans
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and executive-level activities
- Organise and manage high-level meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Monitor project and service KPIs, providing reports and analysis to leadership
- Support project managers in tracking progress, budgets, and timelines
- Consolidate reporting (e.g. ServiceNow, statistical reports) and ensure alignment with expectations
- Coordinate resource planning and workforce activities with internal stakeholders
- Act as liaison between Business Unit and internal offices (e.g. Front Office, Staff Management)
- Support production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Contribute to office administration improvements and workflow design
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with minimum 2 years of experience
OR
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in management support, project coordination, or similar roles
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
- Experience producing high-quality reports, briefings, and policy documents
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Desirable Certifications
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- Management of Risk (MoR) certification
Desirable Experience
- Business process design and implementation
- Resource planning and personnel management
- Budget planning and financial monitoring
- Experience in international or complex organisational environments
Work Conditions
- Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium
- Full-time, on-site role
- Standard office environment
- Occasional travel within Belgium (1–2 times per month)
Security Clearance (Mandatory)
- Must hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance at start date
- Candidates without this clearance cannot be considered
