Key Duties
- Operate within a 24/7 shift environment supporting real-time systems
- Perform real-time monitoring and event detection across CIS infrastructure
- Handle incident response, including coordination and escalation
- Provide Level 1 technical support using command-line and engineering tools
- Support reactive event handling to ensure service continuity
- Work in secured/underground environments as required
- Participate in shift-based operations and occasional travel (TDY)
Key Requirements
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Event Monitoring
- Experience with monitoring and performance tools, such as:
- Zabbix
- Spectrum
- Truesight
- NGenius
- Performance Center
- Basic CIS (Communications & Information Systems) engineering knowledge
- Ability to provide first-line (L1) technical support
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, operational environments
