Logistician Technician
Key Duties
- Asset accountability:
- Maintain and administer CIS asset property accounting records for external customers
- Logistics support & coordination:
- Support end-to-end CIS logistics services (requisition, storage, distribution, stock management)
- Work under the supervision of the Sub-Property Accounting Officer (Sub-PAO)
- Inventory management:
- Conduct annual inventory inspections in line with Agency directives
- Coordinate with account holders
- Compliance & reporting:
- Investigate, document, and report equipment discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to NCI Agency directives
- Lifecycle logistics:
- Manage asset lifecycle activities (request, receipt, movement, exchange, disposal)
- Technical coordination:
- Liaise with technicians and internal teams to ensure correct equipment is requested
- Operational execution:
- Process asset management transactions following SOPs
Requirements (Skills, Experience & Qualifications)

Professional Experience & Knowledge
- Experience as a logistician (preferred)
- Familiarity with NATO systems and applications (e.g., EBA, CNAFS)
- Understanding of NATO structure, responsibilities, and processes
