INTEL-FS Data Remediation – KFOR

Intelligence Functional Services (INTEL-FS) Data Quality Remediation for Kosovo Force (KFOR), 2026-0038

Duties

• Clean and update 600 intelligence records per month in INTEL-FS
• Ensure all records meet KFOR SOP/SOI data quality standards
• Review, correct, and standardise metadata for migration to INTEL-FS SP2
• Work daily with J2 collation team for validation and feedback
• Track progress in shared tools (Excel/spreadsheets)
• Attend weekly on-site meetings and project reviews
• Support continuous improvements to data processes
• Fix any rejected records within 5 working days

Requirements (Essential)

• 5 years military intelligence experience (NATO or national)
• Experience with INTEL-FS systems (data management / collation)
• Experience handling Order of Battle (ORBAT) data
• Experience with BICES / Open Sesame 3
• Strong understanding of NATO intel structure & operations
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• NATO SECRET clearance (valid)
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Kosovo

Nice to Have

• Experience in NATO J2 environment
• Experience building/updating Ground ORBAT
