Duties
- Coordinate and support Business Intake processes (Demand Forecast, CRFs) with stakeholders and leadership
- Provide administrative support to project boards, assurance teams, and quality review meetings
- Plan, schedule, track, and report project/service execution using portfolio and project tools
- Compile and distribute reports via NCIA dashboards and reporting tools
- Support time accounting and monitor timesheets
- Provide guidance on project/service management tools, processes, and best practices
Business Administration
- Provide general administrative support to teams and meetings, including follow-ups
- Participate in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Manage intranet files/libraries and reporting
- Guide teams on administrative tools, procedures, and processes
Internal Controls
- Review and evaluate audit trails of operational processes
- Support testing and analysis of internal controls
- Apply technology-based solutions to control processes
- Maintain documentation for internal controls
- Recommend improvements to internal control frameworks
Requirements
- Education:
- Higher vocational training 3 years relevant experience, or
- Secondary education 5 years relevant experience
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Coordination experience in financial, workforce, and project management (customer-funded environment)
- Experience in planning, execution, and reporting of related activities
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools/processes
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience in international (military civilian) environments
- Understanding of NATO structure (ACO/ACT)
- Other:
- NATO Secret clearance required
- Full-time on-site in Brunssum, NL
- Equivalent NATO Grade: G15
