BOOMI PLATFORM TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Key Duties
As a member of the Project Management Application Service (APP039) Team within the Service Support and Business Applications (SSBA) Service Line (SL), provide specialist support contributing to the technical support of NCIA Boomi Platform including:
- Manage and administer Boomi platform in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
- Maintain and monitor NCIA Boomi environments;
- Support in developing and implementing Boomi Blueprint Framework;
- Support deployment and maintenance of additional NCIA Boomi environments, atoms and molecules.
- Apply techniques and methods for troubleshooting issues on Boomi platform or deployed processes;
- Act as third line support on Boomi platform and collaborate with other lines of support;
- Provide guidance and support for development of new Boomi processes;
Key Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Boomi platform (administration & development)
- Experience managing Boomi infrastructure (on-premise)
- Solid background in integration processes development
- Experience with containers (Docker / Podman)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (desirable)
- Experience with Oracle / Red Hat Linux and shell scripting
General Skills
- Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, email, browsers)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Language
- English proficiency: Level 3333 (fluent in speaking, reading, writing, listening)

- Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium
- Work setup: Hybrid (approx. 50% on-site)
- Start: June 2026 → End December 2026
- Workload: 1520 hours (~full-time)
- Travel: Occasional (2–6 short trips/year)
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret required
The Contractor may be required to travel to remote sites in order to provide on-site Support.
Such travel is normally of short duration, up to 1 week and occurs infrequently possibly 2 - 6 times a year.
