Administrative Coordinator (C004949)

 

Main Duties

  • Manage and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Support knowledge management and information sharing.
  • Provide administrative support to the CSSC and leadership.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Prepare, track, and distribute official documents and correspondence.
  • Draft and verify official letters and Memoranda for Decision (MfDs).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
  • Maintain vehicle fleet records and visitor badge records.
  • Prepare and distribute standard reports.
  • Support SharePoint and other office tools.
  • Act as backup for Learning Officer and/or Information Knowledge Management focal point.
  • Liaise and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Education

  • Higher vocational training 3 years relevant experience, or
  • Secondary education 5 years relevant experience.

Experience

  • Working independently and handling confidential information.
  • Drafting minutes, reports, and official documents.
  • Planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and SharePoint).
  • Experience with an ERP system.
  • Building relationships across departments and levels.
