Role Summary
Senior Systems Engineer responsible for security accreditation of NATO CIS systems, including risk assessment, documentation, and coordination with NATO security authorities.

Main Duties

• Provide guidance on security accreditation across the full CIS lifecycle

• Perform security risk assessments (SRA): identify threats, vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation

• Develop and manage accreditation documentation (SAP, SRA, SRSt, SecOPs, STVP/STVR, etc.)

• Support and witness security testing and coordinate remediation actions

• Act as main liaison between NCI Agency and NATO Security Authorities (SAA)

• Engage with stakeholders and represent NCI Agency in accreditation matters

• Contribute to reports, briefings, and certification responses

• Stay updated on relevant technologies and deputize CIS Security Head when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 3 years relevant experience, or ~10 years relevant experience

• At least 3 years experience in:

  • CIS security accreditation (large systems)

  • Security risk assessment methods/tools

  • Design/implementation of security components

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree

• Knowledge of NATO security policies and structure

• Experience with PILAR tool

• Experience in international/military environments
