C004168, Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) Project Manager

Duties & Role:

Under the supervision of the NCIA C-UAS lead, the contractor will:

• Manage C-UAS projects, including monitoring and reporting on progress.

• Support and participate in meetings involving multidisciplinary teams, as well as technical and operational stakeholders.

• Provide secretarial services during meetings.

• Manage internal resources efficiently.

• Assist in the preparation of periodic project management reports.

• Provide relevant input to the area lead in support of NATO C-UAS projects.

Technical Qualifications:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven expert knowledge of project management principles and practices.

• Framework Knowledge: Expert-level experience with PRINCE2 or a comparable project management framework.

• Enterprise Systems: Experience with enterprise management systems and ERP tools.

• Procurement Process: Familiarity with NATO procurement processes.

Professional Qualifications:

• Education:

  • University qualification in management or economics from a nationally recognized/certified institution.

  • OR demonstrable equivalent experience (minimum of 3 years) in lieu of a degree, with relevant and progressive expertise related to the position.

• Security Clearance: Valid NATO Secret clearance.

• Language & Communication Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Proven presentation and communication skills demonstrated within the past 5 years.

• Work Ethic & Personal Traits:

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Motivated, team-oriented, and effective communicator.

Additional Details:

• Equivalent NATO Grade: G17

• Location: The Hague, Netherlands

• On-site Requirement: 50% on-site (not full-time)

• Duration: 09 June 2025 – 31 December 2025

• Hours: Total of 1014 hours

• Travel: May be required

• Extension: Intention to extend into 2026
