C004018, Chief Technician (IDAM)

Duties:

• Install, operate, maintain, and centrally administer Active Directory Federation Services and monitoring tools.
• Perform incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Provide technical expertise for operational procedures and assist in planning and implementing maintenance, configuration, and installation tasks.
• Implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity for managed Active Directory environments.
• Represent NISC PaaS in the Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) as 2nd Level Support when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-forest environments.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining Active Directory Federation Services in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory monitoring tools (e.g., ManageEngine Active Directory Monitoring, ManageEngine AD Audit Plus).
• Skilled in implementing configuration and security settings via AD Group Policies and troubleshooting related incidents.
• Experience in DNS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of gMSA account creation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• NATO Cosmic Top Secret security clearance.
